Preventing Paraffin Precipitation

Canada Wells flowing with no Wax for over 6 months !!!!

FloWell began operations in September of 2014.

The initial project comprised of 3 wells in the Pembina and Brazeau fields producing from the Cardium formation. The details of the 3 wells are as follows:

Tubing: 2 3/8“Tubing to 1780 meters
Casing: 4 1/2“ to 3350 meters
Pump: 1770 meters / Lufkin SAM POC
Fluid Level: pumped off

All three wells are currently undergoing regular batch solvent / dispersant formulations to manage the reoccurring paraffin problem by the incumbent chemical supplier.
Flowell’s three (3) primary goals on this project are:
Eliminate well downtime associated with precipitation of paraffin within the well bore for extended periods of time or indefinitely via chemical injection.
Eliminate well downtime associated with chemical batch treatments resulting in lost production.
Eliminate associate services for chemical batch treatments

These Wells were routinely cleaned approximately every 2 weeks -

RESULT - 6 months plus achieved with No Wax !!
